Service and information point
We are your contacts if you have any questions about prices and opening times or need more information about our park festivals and concerts. Feel free to drop by, write us an e-mail or give us a call. In addition to daily recommendations for your visit to the Gärten der Welt, you can also obtain maps and programme booklets as well as our rallies, our audio guide and our audio walk at the visitor centre.
We are also always open to constructive criticism and feedback. Together with you, we are sure to find a good solution.

Wheelchair, handcart and wooden toy hire
You are welcome to borrow a wheelchair or handcart as well as various wooden toys from us for your visit to the Gärten der Welt.
Borrowing is free of charge and possible within the opening hours of the visitor centre. Please reserve these no later than the day before your visit.
Additional services
In the visitor centre, you will also find our interactive permanent exhibition on the creation and development of the Gärten der Welt.
The neighbouring ‘Giardino Verde’ restaurant is the perfect place for a snack in between.
We are also the starting point for guided tours of the Gärten der Welt, which we offer regularly at weekends during the summer season. You can find the next tour dates in our events calendar.
If your luggage is too heavy for your walk through the gardens, you are welcome to store your bags in our free lockers for the duration of your visit.
The visitor centre also serves as a lost property office. If you have forgotten something in the Gärten der Welt or at the cable car, please contact us - we will be happy to help you at any time.
Pick up your child finder wristband at the visitor centre: The telephone number of the parent/guardian is noted on these wristbands, which are attached to the child's wrist. If a child is separated from their parents, the relevant carer can be contacted via the Child Finder wristband. If you have been separated from your child, please contact the visitor centre. Our staff will be happy to help you search the entire park!

Meetings & conferences in the visitor centre
Far away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis, our visitor centre offers the opportunity to organise meetings and conferences in an ideal working environment. We offer you a 288 m² event space for events with up to 300 people. This space can be divided into two smaller, soundproof rooms using a partition wall. If you are interested in our event space, please contact our colleagues in the Tourism & Sales department at anfrage(at)gaertenderwelt.de.
‘Freiraum’ space
If the event room in the visitor centre is not rented out, it is available free of charge to all visitors to the Gardens of the World every day during the opening hours of the visitor centre. The ‘Freiraum’ can be used by visitors as a meeting place, a place to relax and retreat, a place to read or play. The open space with its free Wi-Fi access is also ideal as a place to work and learn.
